Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across digital marketing channels, strong SEO and paid advertising knowledge, and the ability to create engaging visual and video content. Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, and video platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards.
  • Perform A/B testing, conversion optimization, and data analysis to maximize ROI.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets efficiently and provide regular performance and budget reports.

Content & Social Media

  • Design visually engaging graphics for social media, banners, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Create, publish, and manage digital content across platforms, including websites and social media channels.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts through engaging content and active community interaction.
  • Plan content strategies to reach the right audience and strengthen brand presence.

Video & Creative Production

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging video content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
  • Handle video production tasks including lighting setup, basic audio mixing, and sound enhancements.
  • Ensure proper tagging, captions, descriptions, and classification of all video content.

Email & Campaign Management

  • Execute email marketing campaigns and monitor performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research to support campaign planning and targeting.
  • Monitor project timelines, campaign status, and budgets.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Communicate campaign objectives, progress, and performance results to senior management.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or Specialist.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising best practices.
  • Experience with social media platforms and their advertising tools.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software.
  • Familiarity with web development tools and digital analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
