Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST to join our dynamic team at MAHREQ Documents Clearing Services LLC. We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate between clients, documentation teams, and international partners to ensure timely completion of each case.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid and organic campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to generate high-quality leads
• Take full ownership of lead generation strategy across all digital channels, ensuring consistent lead flow for the sales team
• Oversee and maintain the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO-optimized, and integrated with lead capture forms and analytics
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness
• Maintain and update lead databases with accuracy using Excel, SQL, and CRM systems (data entry, import/export, segmentation, cleanup)
• Manage and troubleshoot marketing integrations, landing pages, lead forms, and web-to-CRM workflows with strong technical proficiency
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to align messaging, content, and strategy
• Analyze data and generate reports to guide digital marketing decisions and improve conversion rates
• Stay current with platform updates, real estate marketing trends, and best practices.
