Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize targeted acquisition campaigns on TikTok, Google Display Network (GDN), and Meta platforms.
• Develop scalable strategies to increase product subscriptions across multiple advertising channels.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CPI, CPP, and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, forms, and user interfaces to improve conversion rates.
• Analyze website and app user journeys to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.
• Optimize website and landing page flows to enhance user experience and subscription growth.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Firebase, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage and allocate campaign budgets efficiently to maximize returns.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Drive subscription and order growth volume through data-driven optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in product-based marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience in planning and managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.
• Strong understanding of campaign types including VAS/telco subscription campaigns, e-commerce sales/ROAS campaigns, app installs, awareness, and traffic campaigns.
• Proficiency in tracking and analytics tools (GA4, Firebase, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager).
• Strong knowledge of budget planning and performance optimization.
