Digital Marketing Executive

Join InstaCare, a fast-growing healthcare IT company! We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage paid ad campaigns and generate leads for software sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running ads and generating conversion-focused leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads for both B2B and B2C segments
• Generate leads for software sales
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for better performance
• Manage ad budgets effectively
• Track and report campaign results (leads, conversions, etc.)
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead quality

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or paid ads
• Experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads
• Basic understanding of lead generation
• Good analytical and reporting skills

Preferred

• Experience in software/tech industry
• Familiarity with CRM tools
