Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer to manage online marketing campaigns and design engaging visual content for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create graphics for social media, websites, ads, and promotions
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, ads)
• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Design marketing materials such as banners, flyers, brochures, and posts
• Optimize content for engagement, reach, and brand consistency
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Collaborate with management on branding and marketing strategies

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and graphic design
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
• Knowledge of social media marketing and paid ads
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Strong communication and time-management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Knowledge of website management (WordPress or similar)
