Purpose of Job
The Digital Marketing & Graphic Designing will play a pivotal role in strengthening IMCD’s brand presence by creating impactful designs and executing digital marketing campaigns. This role will support organisation-wide marketing and communication initiatives, ensuring consistency in branding, creativity in execution, and measurable outcomes across channels..

Key Responsibilities (not limited to)
  • Design engaging creative assets for print, digital, and social media using professional design tools.
  • Plan, implement, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to support business and branding objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, track KPIs/ROI, and recommend improvements through data-driven insights.
  • Support internal and external communications initiatives, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines.
  • Provide support for regular marketing and communication activities, including events, campaigns, and content development.
  • Partner with senior leadership and business units to deliver effective communication and marketing strategies.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot) to execute, monitor, and enhance lead generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as required.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, design innovations, and industry best practices.

  • Solid understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and conversion optimisation.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.

PERSON PROFILE: TARGETED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in designing software (Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of content management systems and digital marketing tools.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing within a fast-paced organisation.
  • Prior exposure to corporate and /or marketing communications is mandatory.
  • Experience in a reputed MNC or B2B environment will be an added advantage.
