Job Summary:

The Head of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies to drive online visibility, direct bookings, brand engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires deep expertise in digital channels, data analytics, content strategy, and team leadership, particularly within the hospitality or lifestyle industry.

Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and lead the resort/hotel’s digital marketing strategy in alignment with overall brand and business goals.
  • Manage digital budgets, campaigns, and KPIs to ensure ROI-driven execution.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators, and performance marketers.
  • Collaborate with revenue, sales, reservations, and operations teams to support cross-functional objectives.

Performance Marketing & Analytics:

  • Plan and execute performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Optimize cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and ROAS across campaigns.
  • Track and analyze website traffic, conversions, user behavior (GA4, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate digital performance and insights.

Social Media & Content Marketing:

  • Lead strategy for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Oversee content calendar, influencer marketing, and UGC (user-generated content) strategies.
  • Ensure brand voice consistency and storytelling across all digital channels.
  • Manage collaborations with agencies, creators, and partners.

SEO, Website, and CRM:

  • Drive organic traffic through on-page, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
  • Oversee website performance, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and UI/UX improvements.
  • Manage email marketing, automation campaigns, and CRM systems (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Leverage guest data and behavioral segmentation for targeted campaigns.

E-Commerce & Online Distribution:

  • Maximize direct booking share through optimized booking engine performance.
  • Coordinate with OTAs, meta-search engines (Tripadvisor, Trivago, Google Hotel Ads), and rate parity tools.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce dependency on commission-heavy channels.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong grasp of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • Experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress), CRM tools, and performance tracking.
  • Creative mindset with analytical strength and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
