Digital Marketing Intern
Location: Chennai (On-site)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Post property advertisements on various real estate portals and company websites.
• Plan, draft, and manage ad listings to ensure maximum visibility.
• Prepare and update new property listings on a daily or weekly basis.
• Handle lead registrations and coordinate with the sales and operations team for timely updates.
• Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements to enhance lead generation.
• Maintain proper documentation and tracking of all listings and leads.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or ad management preferred.
• Familiarity with property portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks, and Housing.com.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines consistently.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email communication, and portal handling).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
