Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for FITT Meals’ performance marketing, CRM, SEO, and analytics - all managed fully in-house. This role is both strategic and hands-on, leading acquisition, retention and optimisation efforts to drive measurable growth.
You will build and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok, own lifecycle CRM flows, oversee SEO and develop performance dashboards. Working closely with the Head of Brand & Content, you’ll ensure all creative assets are optimised for conversion while staying true to FITT’s brand voice.
Responsibilities

Paid Media (Meta, Google, TikTok): Plan, launch, and optimise in-house campaigns; run A/B tests; manage budgets; and track CAC/ROAS.

SEO & Website Optimisation: Improve rankings through technical SEO, keyword optimisation and landing page improvements.

CRO & Analytics: Build dashboards, monitor CVR, AOV, LTV; implement testing to optimise journeys and checkout flows.

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Own retention flows (onboarding, win-back, upsell, churn reduction) across email, WhatsApp, push notifications.

Performance Reporting: Share weekly insights on paid performance, retention, SEO, and CRO.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Head of Brand to align creative with performance goals.

Minimum Qualifications

+5 years in performance marketing or digital growth roles.

Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4.

CRM platform knowledge (Klaviyo or similar).

SEO tools proficiency (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console).

Track record of scaling acquisition and retention for a D2C/subscription brand.

Strong Excel/Sheets and dashboarding skills (Looker Studio, PowerBI a plus).
