Are you a digitally savvy thinker who thrives on turning ideas into impact? We’re looking for a Social Media Lead who’s equal parts creative strategist and client advocate. In this role, you’ll go far beyond content management—you’ll drive performance-focused campaigns, cultivate strong client partnerships, and help shape meaningful digital narratives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and execute tailored social media plans that directly support each client’s business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media buying, and development teams to roll out unified campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs and engagement metrics, using data to guide strategy refinements.
• Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and suggest smart, scalable digital solutions.
• Stay plugged into evolving trends, algorithm shifts, and platform innovations to keep clients ahead of the curve.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery—ensuring all elements are aligned with client goals, timelines, and budgets.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; previous agency or brand-side experience is a plus.
• Strong grasp of digital platforms, audience behavior, and content trends.
• Proven track record of delivering tangible results through digital campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills—able to articulate ideas clearly and confidently to both internal teams and clients.
• A proactive mindset, with creative flair and a deep sense of accountability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
