Our Client is seeking a data-obsessed and creative Marketing Team Lead to own our marketing strategy and execution. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate demand, accelerate lead generation, and drive revenue. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will both develop high-level strategy and roll up your sleeves to execute alongside your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with business goals to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth.
- Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels (e.g., Paid Social, SEM, Email, SEO, Content) and potentially offline channels.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a small but mighty marketing team (e.g., content creator, digital marketer), fostering a culture of testing, learning, and excellence.
- Budget Management: Own the marketing budget, allocate spend effectively across channels, and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs (e.g., CPL, CAC, ROAS, MQLs) to stakeholders. Use data to derive insights and continuously optimize for better results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and lead handoff processes.
- Martech Management: Oversee and optimize our marketing tech stack (e.g., CRM, automation platform, analytics tools).
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with 2+ years in a hands-on leadership or team management role.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful, ROI-positive marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, SEO).
- Strong experience with marketing analytics and data-driven decision making (Google Analytics, CRM data, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience managing a marketing budget.
Preferred (Nice-to-Haves):
- Experience in the fashion industry.
- Expertise with marketing automation platforms (e.g., GoHighlevel, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Experience with a CRM like Salesforce.
- Strong copywriting or content strategy skills.
