We are seeking a strategic Digital Marketing Lead to drive our digital initiatives, build brand awareness, and generate leads.

Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Lead will own and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms, lead campaigns to boost online visibility and sales, and manage the digital marketing team. You will analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and work closely with sales and creative teams to align marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, PPC).
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Oversee content creation and distribution to engage target audiences and strengthen brand presence.
  • Lead social media management, including community engagement and influencer partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Collaborate with sales and showroom teams to generate qualified leads and support sales goals.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance and ROI for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
