Digital Marketing Lead

We are hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Lead to take ownership of our digital campaigns and contribute directly to business growth.

This role requires strong execution capability, structured campaign management, and confidence in handling client discussions. You will work across multiple digital initiatives while ensuring measurable performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with clear performance tracking
• Define content direction and coordinate creative execution
• Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements
• Participate in and lead client pitch meetings when required
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience
• Experience managing multiple campaigns at the same time
• Proven exposure to client-facing discussions or pitch meetings
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and campaign optimization
• Ability to balance execution with structured planning
• Strong communication skills
