What You’ll Lead

Manage multimillion-dirham Google Ads budgets
Optimize search, display & YouTube for max ROI
Integrate forms + monitor lead quality in Bitrix24
Build automation workflows (Zapier, CRM)
Create dashboards & deep insights
Support WhatsApp & email campaigns
Strengthen SEO strategy & keyword planning

What You Need

✔ 5+ years of SEM / performance marketing
✔ Advanced Google Ads experience
✔ Strong GA4, GTM & Looker Studio skills
✔ CRM automation skills (Bitrix24 is a BIG plus)
✔ Experience with email, WhatsApp & Meta ads
✔ Tech-savvy mindset + strong analytics
✔ Real estate experience = huge advantage
