Viper Group, is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who can take ownership of digital growth, performance marketing, and brand presence across all platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands both strategy and execution, with hands-on experience in paid media, content, analytics, and social growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals of Viper Group and its sister companies.
- Plan and manage full-funnel campaigns covering awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities using data, analytics, and market research.
Performance Marketing & Media Buying
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, creatives, and A/B testing.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CAC, CTR, CPA, and conversions.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad assets.
Social Media & Community Building
- Own and manage social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.).
- Build and engage an active online community by interacting with customers, prospects, industry pages, and influencers.
- Plan and execute organic social growth strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
- Ensure timely responses to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
Content & Brand Management
- Oversee content planning, calendars, and publishing across social and digital channels.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
- Collaborate with design, video, and content teams for campaigns, posts, ads, and landing pages.
- Write or supervise the creation of marketing copy, captions, blogs, emailers, and landing page content.
SEO, Website & Traffic Growth
- Work on SEO & SEM strategies to drive qualified traffic to websites.
- Optimize website content, UX, landing pages, and conversion paths.
- Develop strategies to increase inbound leads through organic and paid channels.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Track, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing initiatives.
- Define and monitor KPIs such as traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for management.
Collaboration & Execution
- Brainstorm and execute new creative marketing and growth ideas with internal teams.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects as per scope.
- Ensure all campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and trends.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-driven, creative, and growth-oriented mindset.
