Position Summary:
Al-Haadi Mobilya is looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online campaigns, building brand presence across digital platforms, increasing website traffic, and generating qualified leads to support business growth. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) with regular content and performance tracking.
- Plan, run, and monitor paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) to generate leads and boost conversions.
- Manage the company’s website and SEO strategy to improve visibility and ranking.
- Analyze digital campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce engaging visuals, videos, and written content.
- Implement email marketing campaigns for customer engagement and retention.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and competitor activities.
- Manage online reputation and respond to customer reviews/comments on all digital platforms.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s is a plus)
- 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the furniture, retail, or interior design industry.
- Strong command of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
- Excellent skills in content creation, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, and lead generation funnels.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms (like Shopify or WooCommerce) is a plus.
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva) and video editing knowledge.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and remarketing strategies.
