Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategies, drive online growth, and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing digital channels to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms including social media, search engines (SEO/SEM), email campaigns, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Lead and collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and implement best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design for seamless marketing executions.
- Manage external vendors and digital marketing agencies when needed.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar for data-driven decision-making.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing staff to build a high-performing team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools including Google Analytics.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or B2B digital marketing.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
