Digital Marketing Manager

As the Digital Marketing Manager at Atelier Rebul, you will take the lead in shaping and executing the brand’s digital marketing strategies, ensuring strong presence and growth across all digital channels.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with strong background in FMCG and/or retail sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing agencies and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media tools, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, SEO/SEM, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented and strategic approach.
  • Ambitious, confident, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, develop and oversee integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, e-commerce, CRM, and performance marketing channels to strengthen brand image and increase visibility.
  • Define the right platforms and strategies for the brand’s digital presence, ensuring alignment with global and local brand positioning.
  • Lead and supervise Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization campaigns, ensuring real-time, engaging, and innovative content.
  • Monitor digital and social media trends, evaluate best practices, and guide both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Take ownership of influencer marketing strategy: manage agency relations, lead influencer & KOL collaborations, and drive micro-influencer activations with global and local teams.
  • Use digital performance tools ( Google Analytics, internal BI, etc. ) to track KPIs, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, e-commerce and brand planning teams to maximize digital campaign impact and conversion, particularly during key retail moments.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and external agencies to ensure flawless execution of digital campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize Performance Marketing activities ( Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, etc. ) across global and local markets, ensuring ROAS and conversion targets are met.
  • Provide cross-market guidance to ensure consistency in digital marketing strategies while enabling local adaptation for franchise and direct markets.
  • Follow and leverage UGC, TikTok, and IG trends ; coordinate content production with BRAND TEAM, agencies to strengthen brand presence.
  • Support e-commerce by driving digital activities that boost traffic, conversion, and sales; work closely with the e-commerce team for campaign optimization
  • Lead CRM strategy end-to-end, including campaign calendars, segmentation, automation, and reporting.
  • Guide the Brand Team by identifying which creative formats and content work best per platform; proactively support the briefing and execution process.


Additional Requirements


  • Support but not replace the work of the Sales and E-commerce teams, ensuring collaboration without overlap.
  • Content creation will be led by the Brand Team, but this role must identify which creative works best for each platform and guide the team in briefing and execution.
  • Act as a proactive and fast-paced team player, capable of thriving in an intensive working tempo.
  • Strong sense of time management and ability to meet deadlines with precision.
  • Ownership mentality: take full responsibility of projects from planning to execution, ensuring flawless delivery.
