Job Summary:

Getellaam Digital Marketing is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience, with a proven track record of managing teams, executing successful digital campaigns, and driving both organic and paid lead generation strategies across platforms like Google, Meta, and GMP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement effective digital marketing strategies
• Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring smooth execution of all campaigns
• Oversee SEO (on-page & off-page), SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing efforts
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GMP (Google Marketing Platform) campaigns
• Drive lead generation through both organic and non-organic channels
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI using tools like Google Analytics
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes across platforms
• Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with the company’s overall goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial/team lead role
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:
• SEO (Technical, On-Page, Off-Page)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping)
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Lead generation strategies
• Organic and Paid Marketing
• Google Marketing Platform (GMP) tools
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / Digital Marketing is a plus
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Vytilla, Kochi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
