Digital Marketing Manager

India

We are looking for a marketing leader with strong agency-level experience—someone who has managed teams but is equally hands-on and willing to roll up their sleeves when needed. This person should be proactive, solution-driven, and able to guide their team while also executing campaigns directly if required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning – Build and execute data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Campaign & Channel Management – Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, SEO/SEM, email, PR, partnerships).
  • Leadership with Hands-On Approach – Mentor and grow the team while staying flexible to personally handle execution when necessary.
  • Market & Customer Insights – Drive competitive analysis and customer persona development.
  • Performance & Analytics – Track KPIs (ROI, CAC, CLV, pipeline contribution) using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce.
  • Brand & Communications – Oversee brand positioning, thought leadership, and corporate communications.

Requirements:

✔ 6–9 years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role (preferably in an agency environment).
✔ Proven experience leading and mentoring teams while being hands-on in execution.
✔ Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, paid ads, PR, and campaign management.
✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
✔ Open to rotational shifts to align with international markets (US/UK).

Experience: 6–9 years (Agency/Marketing Leadership)
Working Days: 5 Days | Shift: Rotational (supporting US & UK markets)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
