Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and experienced of 3+ year's Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, graphic designing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite), video editing, social media management, and a deep understanding of digital trends. You will be responsible for growing our online presence, driving traffic, engaging customers, and ultimately boosting brand awareness and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, etc.)
- Manage and optimize website SEO to improve search engine rankings (on-page and off-page SEO)
- Design visually compelling graphics and creatives using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Create and edit promotional and informative videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
- Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Facebook Insights, etc., and generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and external agencies for campaign execution
- Monitor trends, tools, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and apply them to campaigns
- Manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
- Handle paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine marketing strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Proven 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Expertise in SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page)
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing & content strategy
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
Bonus / Preferred Skills:
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms
- Understanding of UI/UX principles
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS
- Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate campaigns
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales funnels
