Job Summary
We are a dental office seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to refine and develop our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and website development and maintenance. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills who can drive traffic and engagement through innovative campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online traffic.
  • Utilize SEO tools to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement conversion optimization techniques to enhance user experience and increase conversions.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and oversee content creation efforts, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience needs.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform future strategies.
  • Oversee email marketing initiatives, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Manage paid advertising efforts through Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies.
  • Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging, and build out new website platforms as necessary.
  • Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and B2B marketing.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SEO tools and techniques for effective keyword research.
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization principles.
  • Experience with social media management and advertising on platforms like Facebook.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website management and enhancements.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Google AdWords, SEM, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability in email marketing strategies including automation tools.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) for effective content delivery.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
