Job Summary
We are a dental office seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to refine and develop our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and website development and maintenance. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills who can drive traffic and engagement through innovative campaigns across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online traffic.
- Utilize SEO tools to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and implement conversion optimization techniques to enhance user experience and increase conversions.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create and oversee content creation efforts, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience needs.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform future strategies.
- Oversee email marketing initiatives, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Manage paid advertising efforts through Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies.
- Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging, and build out new website platforms as necessary.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and B2B marketing.
Skills
- Proficiency in SEO tools and techniques for effective keyword research.
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization principles.
- Experience with social media management and advertising on platforms like Facebook.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website management and enhancements.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Google AdWords, SEM, and performance marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability in email marketing strategies including automation tools.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) for effective content delivery.
