We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. This role is essential in driving brand growth, customer engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current AI marketing tools, strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and within budget. Managing Ecommerce portals will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends, target audience behavior, and emerging digital channels.
- Set KPIs for digital marketing initiatives and track performance to ensure objectives are met.
2. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including ideation, creation, targeting, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Optimize user funnels for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
3. Content & Social Media
- Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content for the website, blogs, social media, and other channels.
- Manage social media channels, ensuring regular posting, user engagement, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and influencers to boost brand presence and engagement.
4. SEO/SEM & Paid Advertising
- Drive organic growth and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct regular keyword research, SEO audits, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Manage ad budgets, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ROI.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Continuously refine strategies based on data and feedback.
6. Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor junior digital marketing staff, assigning tasks and overseeing their performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer service to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, trends, and best practices.
- Hands on Experience with shopify and managing ecommerce portal will be a plus.
Having knowledge or experience working with Amazon, Flipkart etc will be preferred.
