Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Assist in formulating and executing marketing strategies for real estate projects (residential/commercial).
- Identify target segments (investors, families, NRIs, corporates) and design campaigns accordingly.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to align project positioning and pricing.
2. Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Develop and implement campaigns (digital, outdoor, print, radio, real estate expos) to generate inquiries.
- Coordinate with sales teams to track and follow up on leads until site visits and bookings.
- Monitor buyer inquiries from real estate portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com) and ensure timely responses.
- Maintain CRM systems for lead tracking, nurturing, and reporting.
3. Branding & Corporate Communication
- Enhance brand visibility through consistent messaging across all channels.
- Prepare brochures, presentations, videos, and digital creatives for projects.
- Coordinate PR activities, press releases, and media coverage for project launches.
- Organize project hoardings, signage, and branding at construction sites.
4. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Oversee SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and paid campaigns to drive traffic.
- Manage company presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and property portals.
- Track analytics and generate reports on campaign performance, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Implement marketing automation tools for follow-ups and customer engagement.
5. Event & Launch Management
- Plan and execute property launches, open houses, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for successful event execution.
- Drive participation in real estate expos, investor roadshows, and community outreach programs.
6. Customer Engagement & Experience
- Design referral programs and loyalty benefits for existing customers.
- Collect feedback from buyers and integrate insights into campaigns.
- Ensure positive customer experience from inquiry to possession.
7. Budgeting & Vendor Coordination
- Prepare and monitor marketing budgets for projects.
- Negotiate with agencies, printing vendors, media houses, and digital platforms for cost efficiency.
- Track marketing expenses and ensure alignment with planned budgets.
