Digital Marketing Manager

Purpose

Secure Shredding and Recycling (SSR) is committed to protecting its clients’ confidential information through providing NAID-certified services such as shredding, record destruction, and e-Waste recycling. Due to the growing demand for our services, we are seeking to add a new digital marketing manager role to our team. The digital marketing manager is responsible for planning, executing, and measuring digital marketing initiatives that drive inbound leads, retarget existing customers, and strengthen the company’s brand. This role is hands-on, with direct accountability for SEO, paid media, analytics, social media management, and content creation.

Role and Responsibilities

SEO Management

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/technical SEO
  • Monitor ranking and manage backlink strategy

Paid Media and Retargeting

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search, display, and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Manage retargeting initiatives for cross-sell/upsell opportunities.

Analytics

  • Implement tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, etc.) and maintain dashboards.
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, ROI, and lead flow.

Content and Social Media

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar (blogs, landing pages, case studies, newsletters)
  • Manage social media presence across LinkedIn and other relevant programs
  • Ensure all content aligns with compliance and environmental messaging.

Brand and Marketing Support

  • Maintain brand consistency across channels and materials
  • Assist in developing sales collateral, presentations, and event materials.
  • Undergo training on all relevant company software programs.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently so as to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with SEO, paid media, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and common SEO tools.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Outlook and MS Excel, in particular).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
