Digital Marketing Manager

As the Digital Marketing & Social Media Promotions Manager, you will lead our efforts to promote our services across various digital channels, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of current trends in digital marketing and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of beOnd’s marketing strategy, with a focus on digital initiatives:
  • Design, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns (PPC, display, social, programmatic, etc.) that drive direct website bookings.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to increase traffic and boost conversions.
  • Manage paid and organic social campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand, optimised, and effectively reaching target audiences.
  • Support the Head of Marketing in implementing and executing other marketing priorities.
  • Monitor and manage online brand reputation, providing guidance on responses to customer inquiries and feedback across social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, IT and Brand teams to integrate digital marketing strategies with overall business goals, focusing on optimising the user journey on beOnd’s digital platforms to maximise booking conversions.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and social media activities, making data-driven decisions to optimise performance.
  • Gather customer insights and sentiment from digital and social media channels to educate internal stakeholders and inform broader marketing and commercial strategies.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, social media tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and expand digital marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing digital channels.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing integration into overall marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong background in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to various digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, online consumer behavior, and digital technology developments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective working relationships with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with with strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize a complex workload.
  • Resilient and hands-on, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability to shift focus, and a collaborative spirit to support priorities as needed in a dynamic start-up environment.
  • Sound analytical and reporting skills to assess effectiveness and ROI of digital campaigns.
