Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The role involves planning and managing the organization’s online presence to ensure strong brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Plan and manage all digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies to enhance digital reach.
2. Website & SEO Management
- Manage and oversee website content, design, and performance.
- Ensure website optimization for search engines (SEO) and lead conversion.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to maintain an engaging user experience.
3. Social Media Management
- Build and execute a social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content to increase followers and engagement.
- Track analytics and adjust strategies to improve reach and effectiveness.
4. Paid Advertising & Analytics
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Manage advertising budgets and measure ROI.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite to track campaign effectiveness.
5. Content & Branding
- Work with creative teams to develop impactful visuals, videos, and written content.
- Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity across all channels.
- Oversee content calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
6. Email & CRM Marketing
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for promotions, events, and engagement.
- Manage database segmentation and CRM tools for personalized communication.
7. Team & Coordination
- Lead and guide a team of content creators, graphic designers, and social media executives.
- Coordinate with internal departments for campaign requirements and event coverage.
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors for ad campaigns, SEO, and media buying.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making approach.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing with proven results.
- Experience in education/brand marketing preferred but not mandatory.
