Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead ideation and deployment of full-funnel digital marketing initiatives tailored to our core market sectors. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various discipline strategists to build integrated approaches that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. This role requires broad digital expertise, data analysis, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the user journey from
initial engagement to digital conversion across all touch points. This position is also responsible for managing and growing associates.


Responsibilities :

  • Develop and oversee integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with brand voice, target audience, and business goals of clients and agency.
  • Analyze market trends, audience behavior and campaign performance to inform strategy.
  • Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, web/content marketing, and influencer marketing.
  • Lead efforts to improve website user experience (UX) and implement strategies for conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance on-site performance.
  • Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets, optimizing spend across all channels to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign and website performance using tools like Google Analytics and other platforms, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to ensure all digital efforts are aligned and integrated.
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Assist and provide guidance on integrating AI tools into digital workflows and existing marketing software to improve efficiency and product offerings.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members through daily feedback and other professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate in the research, writing and development of new business proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate in creating estimates for digital marketing projects and campaigns.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in a strategic or leadership role.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies that leverage integrated digital marketing tactics and channels.
  • Direct experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), defining and benchmarking KPIs, and reporting on campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to conduct in-depth audience research to understand demographics, interests, and online behavior to tailor strategy accordingly.
  • Proven ability to deliver campaigns within aligned budget and on time.
  • Design-forward mindset and problem-solving skills with a deep focus on the user journey.
  • Proficient understanding of User Experience methodology and best practices.
  • Proficient understanding of digital marketing (web development, SEO, social media, strategic analytics, etc.) interconnectivity and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment managing multiple projects in different stages of completion.
  • Possesses effective leadership skills, including strategic thinking, vision building, and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Proven success in managing, optimizing, and growing marketing budgets.
  • Experience in building and managing strong relationships with interdisciplinary teams and senior management.
  • High level of comfort with core business tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • A positive, collaborative, proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proactive approach to learning and growth in Digital Marketing Strategycapitalizing on current trends and defining innovative approaches.
