Job description

AstroVed looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in B2C marketing, AI-powered marketing solutions, and marketing automation. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated B2C digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Implement AI-driven marketing solutions to optimize campaigns and personalize customer experiences
  • Lead marketing automation initiatives to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing
  • Leverage predictive analytics and AI tools to optimize campaign performance
  • Manage marketing automation platforms for lead nurturing, segmentation, and customer journey mapping
  • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

Customer Acquisition & Retention

  • Drive customer acquisition through SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content strategies
  • Implement retention programs using automated workflows and personalized communication
  • Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages to maximize ROI
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies for targeted messaging

Technology & Innovation

  • Identify and implement AI-powered marketing tools and platforms
  • Manage marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms)
  • Integrate chatbots and AI assistants for enhanced customer engagement
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices

Team Leadership

  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers
  • Mentor team members on AI and automation best practices
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in B2C digital marketing
  • Proven track record of implementing AI-driven marketing solutions
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, etc.)
  • Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable results

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing platforms and predictive analytics
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM, AEO, and content optimization
  • Familiarity with chatbot implementation and conversational marketing

  • Excellent understanding of B2C customer journey and lifecycle marketing
  • Strategic thinking with ability to execute tactical initiatives
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in spiritual wellness, education, or related industries
  • Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies
  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Understanding of compliance requirements for digital advertising

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
