Job Description – Digital Marketing Manager @ Law Learning Bench

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale the marketing function of our law learning platform. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in EdTech, e-learning, or professional courses and will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive course enrollments and brand awareness among law students, professionals, and aspirants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop, implement, and oversee end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead a team of marketing executives, content creators, and external agencies.
  • Conduct market research to understand the needs of law students, competitive exams aspirants, and legal professionals.

2. Performance Marketing

  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and cost efficiency (CPL, CPA, ROI).
  • Implement A/B testing, remarketing, and funnel optimization strategies.

3. SEO & Content Marketing

  • Drive organic growth through SEO and SEM strategies tailored for law-related searches.
  • Oversee creation of high-quality blogs, landing pages, course descriptions, and case-study content.
  • Plan content calendars around judiciary exams, law updates, and trending topics in the legal domain.

4. Community Building & Engagement

  • Build and manage online communities (Telegram, WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn groups) for aspirants.
  • Plan and execute webinars, workshops, and demo sessions with legal experts/faculty.
  • Partner with influencers, legal bloggers, and student leaders to expand reach.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs including website traffic, CTR, leads, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, CRM dashboards) to measure campaign performance.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to leadership with actionable insights.

Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or related field. Background in EdTech/Law is a strong plus.
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in digital marketing management.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to design and execute scalable campaigns for course enrollments.
  • Strong communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
