Position: Digital Marketing Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our SEO, performance marketing, E-Commerce growth, brand building, and reputation management efforts. The ideal candidate must be a data-driven strategist who can scale our brand's online presence, drive traffic, and boost conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO Growth Hacking & Organic Growth:
· Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and rankings.
· Implement growth hacks to boost visibility and lead generation.
· Optimize website structure, technical SEO, and content for search engines.
· Track and improve keyword rankings, domain authority, and backlinks.
2. Performance Marketing & ROI-Driven Campaigns:
· Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.
· Develop high-ROI campaigns for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
· A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting for better conversions.
· Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports to Improve marketing strategies.
3. E-commerce Growth & Conversion Optimization:
· Drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth for marketplaces & D2C e-commerce platforms.
· Implement CRO strategies to improve AOV (Average Order Value) & CR (Conversion Rate).
· Collaborate with designers & developers for UX/UI improvements.
· Manage Google Shopping Ads, Retargeting, and Performance Max Campaigns.
4. Brand Building & Reputation Management:
· Develop brand positioning strategies and execute brand awareness campaigns.
· Monitor and manage online reputation across Google Reviews, Trustpilot, and social media.
· Implement PR, influencer collaborations, and content strategies for brand growth.
5. Social Media & Content Strategy:
· Plan and execute organic & paid social media campaigns to engage and grow the audience.
· Oversee content strategy for blogs, social media, email marketing, and video marketing.
· Work closely with the content team to produce high-converting and SEO-friendly content.
Key Requirements:
· Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, and Brand Building.
· Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Email Marketing Tools.
· Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
· Experience in running and scaling E-commerce & Marketplace businesses.
· Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console).
· Knowledge of ORM strategies and online brand reputation management.
· Proficiency in Excel, Data Analytics, and ROI optimization.
· Ability to manage agencies, freelancers, and internal marketing teams.
· Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
