Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and manage end-to-end digital initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Technical SEO, PPC campaigns, and Social Media Marketing, along with proven skills in team leadership and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute effective digital marketing strategies to meet business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing executives, designers, and content creators.
  • Handle client communications, understand their marketing objectives, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) for maximum ROI.
  • Manage SEO strategies, including technical SEO audits, on-page/off-page optimization, and keyword analysis.
  • Drive social media marketing strategies — plan campaigns, increase engagement, and manage content calendars.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed performance reports and analytics.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective utilization and maximum results.
  • Collaborate with sales and management teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Proven experience handling clients and marketing projects independently.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Technical SEO, Google Ads (PPC), and Social Media Marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and deliver measurable results.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns for education, technology, or service-based industries.
  • Working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation tools, and website management (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
