We are now seeking a visionary Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth, strengthen brand positioning, and drive creative digital strategies across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 360° digital marketing strategies to enhance ThePhotoHub’s brand visibility and lead generation.
• Manage and guide a small creative marketing team (content, social media, ad management, and design).
• Plan and oversee paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube) for wedding and event photography leads.
• Build and monitor monthly content calendars, campaigns, and performance KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with sales, CRM, and creative teams to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.
• Lead SEO, website optimization, and blog content strategies for consistent ranking and visibility.
• Track marketing data, analyze performance metrics, and prepare monthly reports on ROI and engagement.
• Explore new trends in digital storytelling, influencer marketing, and visual branding.
• Strategize collaborations with event brands, wedding vendors, and luxury lifestyle partners.
• Maintain ThePhotoHub’s premium online identity and tone across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing or brand management (preferably in photography, luxury, or creative sectors).
• Proven success in managing social media, performance marketing, and content strategies.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools (GA4, Meta Insights, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design, visual harmony, and storytelling.
• Fluency in English and Tamil (both written and verbal).
• Ability to think strategically while executing with precision.
