Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Handle daily operations across all social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Analyze audience trends and optimize posting schedules for better reach and performance.
Content Creation & Branding
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to create engaging visuals, videos, and copy.
- Write creative and compelling captions, hashtags, and posts that connect with the target audience.
- Ensure consistent brand tone, aesthetics, and messaging across all digital platforms.
Performance & Analytics
- Track, measure, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, followers, leads, etc.).
- Use insights to improve content strategies and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain a strong online community by engaging with followers and influencers.
- Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams for cross-promotional opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and current trends.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication & writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred).
- Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
