1. Digital Strategy Development:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and PPC campaigns.
- Develop strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and improve conversions.
2. SEO and SEM:
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page and off-page SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
3. Social Media Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
4. Content Creation and Management:
- Work closely with the content team to ensure the production of high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, and social media.
- Ensure all marketing content is aligned with the brand’s messaging and tone.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Generate insights from campaign data to make informed marketing decisions.
6. Website Management:
- Collaborate with web development teams to ensure the website is optimized for user experience (UX) and conversion and monitor website traffic, optimize landing pages etc.
7. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., designers, content creators, developers) to create cohesive marketing strategies.
- Maintain relationships with third-party vendors, such as agencies and digital media partners.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and web analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
