  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Define and track key marketing KPIs (e.g., leads, conversion rates, engagement, ROI).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Brand & Campaign Management
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across channels.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand storytelling and tone of voice across all touchpoints.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising strategies.
  • Manage website content and performance analytics to optimize user experience and conversions.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging assets.
  • Budget & Performance
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Measure, analyse, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Recommend data-driven improvements and new initiatives.
  • Collaboration
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and partners to deliver best-in-class marketing outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
