- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Define and track key marketing KPIs (e.g., leads, conversion rates, engagement, ROI).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Brand & Campaign Management
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across channels.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling and tone of voice across all touchpoints.
- Digital Marketing
- Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising strategies.
- Manage website content and performance analytics to optimize user experience and conversions.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging assets.
- Budget & Performance
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Measure, analyse, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Recommend data-driven improvements and new initiatives.
- Collaboration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and partners to deliver best-in-class marketing outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
