Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with proven experience working in a digital marketing agency environment. The ideal candidate understands managing multiple client accounts, executing performance-driven campaigns, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable ROI.

This role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for multiple clients.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reporting with actionable insights.
• Manage client communications, strategy calls, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers.
• Monitor budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor junior marketing team members (if applicable).

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Must have prior experience working at a digital marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Google Ads & Google Analytics
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Email marketing platforms
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification.
• Experience with marketing automation tools.
• Experience managing a team.
• Basic understanding of landing page optimization and CRO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
