Digital Marketing Manager

  • Digital Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on Google Ads, PPC campaigns, META campaigns, etc.
  • Social Media Strategy and Engagement: Develop and evolve social media strategies that drive engagement, revenue, and brand follower-ship across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies to update campaign strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, developers, and others, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Advertising Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize campaign spending to achieve desired outcomes and maximize ROI.
  • Performance Measurement and Optimization: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) and optimising strategies based on insights.
  • Innovative Growth Strategies: Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies to increase market reach, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to optimize campaign effectiveness and user experience.
  • Customer Journey Analysis: Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Emerging Technology Evaluation: Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, providing thought leadership and recommendations for their adoption where appropriate.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on paid digital campaigns

  • Expertise in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and other paid advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
  • Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
