We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Dubai

Reports to: Executive Director, Marketing & Communication

We are looking for a strategic, performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end digital marketing efforts. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns to drive brand awareness, qualified leads, and revenue growth—especially within real estate and property development.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital media campaigns, social media community management, website performance optimization, analytics, and AI-powered marketing technologies, particularly within a development or real estate environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic channels.
• Manage social media strategy, content, and community engagement.
• Oversee website performance, SEO, landing pages, and UX/UI improvements.
• Leverage AI and marketing automation for personalization and campaign optimization.
• Track KPIs, report insights, and optimize ROI.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional digital marketing team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in digital marketing (real estate/development preferred).
• Proven track record in paid campaigns, social media, website optimization, and SEO.
• Familiarity with SEO tools
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and AI tools.
