Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to architect our online presence and drive growth through high-impact SEO and Google Ads campaigns. This is a fully remote position requiring alignment with UK work hours.

The Mission

Your primary goal is to double our website traffic within the next year. You will act as the technical lead for our digital funnel, ensuring every rupee of our ad spend and every hour of SEO effort translates into measurable ROI.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: 60,000 – 70,000 PKR (Starting, based on experience).
• Location: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere in Pakistan).
• Work Hours: UK Business Hours (Standard shift typically falls between 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM PKT).

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Performance: Design and manage high-ROI Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta/Instagram ad campaigns.
• SEO Mastery: Lead organic growth through technical SEO audits, keyword strategy, and backlink management.
• Data & Analytics: Measure and report on digital marketing KPIs (ROI, CTR, CPC) and turn data into actionable strategy.
• Funnel Optimization: Identify drop-off points in the user journey and optimize landing pages to increase conversion.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams on social media profiles, blog content, and brand consistency.
• Trends: Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and global digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs/Semrush) and Google Ads Manager.
• Analytical Rigor: Strong data analysis skills to justify marketing spend.
• Reliability: High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote collaboration during UK hours.
