Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can lead performance marketing, manage digital campaigns, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PPC, Meta ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing, along with a strong understanding of lead generation, CRM systems, and sales conversion processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI
- Develop and execute social media strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for conversions and cost efficiency
- Manage CRM workflows for lead tracking, nurturing, and reporting (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion tracking
- Support landing page and funnel optimization for better conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and campaigns
- Work closely with content/design teams to create high-performing ad creatives
- Report performance metrics to management on a regular basis
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an IT or SaaS environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social media marketing
- Experience working with CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and performance marketing metrics
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (Plus Points)
- Experience with sales closing or working closely with sales teams
- Knowledge of funnel building and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience with automation tools and email marketing workflows
- Background in IT, SaaS, or product-based companies
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, or similar marketing automation platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs160,000.00 - Rs230,000.00 per month
