Digital Marketing Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can lead performance marketing, manage digital campaigns, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PPC, Meta ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing, along with a strong understanding of lead generation, CRM systems, and sales conversion processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for conversions and cost efficiency
  • Manage CRM workflows for lead tracking, nurturing, and reporting (GoHighLevel preferred)
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion tracking
  • Support landing page and funnel optimization for better conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and campaigns
  • Work closely with content/design teams to create high-performing ad creatives
  • Report performance metrics to management on a regular basis

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an IT or SaaS environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social media marketing
  • Experience working with CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred)
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and performance marketing metrics
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

  • Experience with sales closing or working closely with sales teams
  • Knowledge of funnel building and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Experience with automation tools and email marketing workflows
  • Background in IT, SaaS, or product-based companies
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, or similar marketing automation platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs160,000.00 - Rs230,000.00 per month
