Digital Marketing Manager

The Kodak Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our digital presence across our portfolio of luxury watch and jewelry brands. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, hands-on marketer who is eager to take ownership of our digital ecosystem — from website experience to lead generation and performance marketing — and help drive the next phase of growth.
You will play a critical role in shaping our online presence, optimizing performance, and building a best-in-class digital experience that reflects the luxury standards of our brands.
Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the full digital ecosystem, including website, lead generation, and performance marketing initiatives

Drive customer acquisition through paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta, PPC, paid social), with a focus on measurable growth and ROI

Oversee website strategy and day-to-day execution, including product uploads, content updates, UX improvements, and site optimization

Analyze website and campaign performance, providing clear reporting on KPIs, lead generation, traffic, and conversion metrics (WoW/MoM)

Implement data-driven merchandising strategies across homepage, product pages, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute a 360° strategy across digital, social, email, and brand initiatives

Help define and evolve our digital brand voice and storytelling, ensuring a consistent, elevated luxury experience

Manage relationships with external partners (e.g., SEO agencies, vendors) and ensure best practices are maintained

Lead content and asset coordination, including product imagery, vendor assets, and on-site content updates

Continuously identify new opportunities to grow online revenue, improve lead generation, and enhance the customer journey
Qualifications

4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or performance marketing (luxury, fashion, or retail preferred)

Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and website management

Proven experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and campaign optimization

Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and growth strategies

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both strategy and execution

Creative thinker with an eye for luxury branding and elevated digital experiences

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
