Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience in app growth to lead and scale mobile app acquisition and retention strategies.

Location: Dokki-Giza (Full time - Totally on site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute app growth strategies. (user acquisition, activation, retention)
  • Manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels.
  • Optimize app installs, CPI, CAC, and LTV.
  • Work with tracking tools (AppsFlyer, Firebase, Adjust) to ensure accurate attribution.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, funnels, and app store listings. (ASO)
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to improve user journey and conversion.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years in digital marketing, with hands-on app growth experience.
  • Proven experience working on GCC market.
  • Strong performance marketing background.
  • Experience with mobile measurement partners. (MMPs)
  • Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills.
  • Familiar with ASO and funnel optimization.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with subscription-based apps.
  • Experience with OTA. (Online Traveling Agencies)
  • Experience with tourism industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM, push notifications, and lifecycle marketing.
