Role Overview The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player. Responsibilities for Digital Marketing Manager: ● Develop impactful content and creative strategies to boost website traffic and lead generation. ● Enhance landing page design, user experience, and engagement to maximize conversions. ● Plan and execute high-performing paid campaigns across major social media platforms. ● Design and launch targeted email marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention. ● Analyze campaign performance using advanced marketing metrics and optimize accordingly. ● Stay updated on emerging digital and social media trends to drive innovative marketing strategies. ● Prepare, track, and present detailed campaign performance reports to stakeholders. Qualifications for Digital Marketing Manager: ● 2-3years of experience in a digital marketing agency is a must. ● Bachelor's degree in marketing or business ● Great problem-solving skills ● Deep knowledge of web design principles ● Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word. ● Ability to identify long-term trends in data. ● Great communication skills. ● Experience working with a content management system. ● Experience working with Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, LinkedIn Ads and other 3rd Party Tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
