Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Create and optimize landing pages and lead forms to improve conversion rates
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (CPC, CPL, ROAS)
- Generate leads through SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM tools
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with strong focus on lead generation
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation
- Knowledge of marketing funnels and conversion optimization
- Basic understanding of HTML, landing page builders, and tracking pixels
