Digital Marketing Manager - Female

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
  • Create and optimize landing pages and lead forms to improve conversion rates
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (CPC, CPL, ROAS)
  • Generate leads through SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM tools
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with strong focus on lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B lead generation
  • Knowledge of marketing funnels and conversion optimization
  • Basic understanding of HTML, landing page builders, and tracking pixels

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹130,000.00 per month
