Digital Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

STM is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across digital platforms. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and enhancing online engagement for our real estate offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital tools, analytics, and content strategy, with proven experience in real estate marketing.


Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to real estate campaigns

· Manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to optimize ROI and lead generation

· Oversee content creation for social media, email marketing, and website updates

· Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to guide decision-making

· Collaborate with sales and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

· Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

· Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints


Requirements

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Previous Experience:

· 8–10 years in digital marketing roles, with a strong portfolio in real estate campaigns

· Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, social media platforms, CRM tools, and analytics dashboards
