Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
- Manage and grow social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website traffic and rankings
- Create compelling content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media
- Handle PR activities including press releases, media coordination, and brand communication
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders
- Manage company reputation and respond to public queries professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing and branding initiatives
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or PR
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills
Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per hour
