Cannata World Wide Cargo Services LLC is seeking a highly driven, strategically minded and creatively refined Digital Marketing Representative to elevate our brand presence across all digital platforms. This role is pivotal in positioning our comprehensive logistics solutions air freight, sea freight, land transport, customs clearance, warehousing, packing, and palletization within a competitive global marketplace.
We are looking for a dynamic professional who blends marketing intelligence with digital creativity, ensuring consistent brand visibility, engagement and compliance within the UAE’s regulatory framework.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Promote the company’s full spectrum of logistics services across all relevant digital platforms.
- Strengthen brand positioning through consistent, high-quality messaging and visual identity.
Content Creation & Management
- Develop, curate, and publish engaging, professional, and industry-relevant content on a regular basis.
- Produce compelling digital materials including posts, banners, videos, and campaign creatives.
- Maintain a refined and executive tone across all communications reflecting the company’s brand standards.
Social Media Management & Client Engagement
- Manage all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with a proactive and responsive approach.
- Monitor, respond, and engage with client inquiries, feedback, and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and nurture a strong online community and client relationships.
Campaign Execution & Performance Optimization
- Plan, launch, and manage targeted social media campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies for improved ROI.
- Coordinate promotional activities aligned with business development initiatives.
SEO & Digital Visibility
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance website traffic, search rankings, and online visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content accordingly.
- Collaborate with web developers or external agencies where required.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all published content adheres to UAE digital laws, advertising standards, and data privacy regulations.
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in all digital communications.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation, preferably within logistics or a related industry.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in digital tools, social media platforms, content creation software, and analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of SEO, paid campaigns, and social media algorithms.
- Arabic Language Skill (Speaking and Written)
