We are hiring a Digital Marketing Sales Manager with a proven record of selling digital marketing services and consistently hitting revenue targets. This role owns the pipeline from prospecting through close, runs strong discovery calls, and closes new business with confidence and urgency.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and networking
- Run discovery calls to identify goals, pain points, budget, timeline, and decision process
- Present and sell digital marketing services (SEO, paid ads, social media, email/SMS, creative, web)
- Build proposals and scopes that clearly define deliverables, timelines, and expectations
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, deal stages, notes, next steps, and forecasting
- Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets and track performance metrics (calls, meetings, close rate, revenue)
- Coordinate handoff to delivery teams to ensure clean kickoff and strong client experience
- Improve scripts, messaging, and follow-up sequences based on what is converting
Requirements
- Proven sales record in digital marketing (agency or in-house), with measurable results
- Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to lead calls and close
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn) and consistent follow-up
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and services
- Experience using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) and keeping it updated
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Preferred
- Experience selling monthly retainers and multi-service packages
- Experience selling to small to mid-sized businesses and/or e-commerce brands
- Strong proposal and pricing confidence
Compensation
- Competitive pay based on experience, with performance-based incentives.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
