If you’re a technical wizard who understands that a website is a sales tool and social media is a powerhouse for trust, this is your playground. You’ll have the keys to our digital kingdom and the freedom to test, build, and win.

What You’ll Own

• The Site: Keep our website fast, modern, and built to convert. You’ll build landing pages that actually turn clicks into customers.
• The Rankings: Own Google Page 1. You’ll tackle traditional SEO while staying ahead of the curve with AI search and voice-command optimization.
• Local & Social Takeover: Manage our Google Business Profile and Apple Maps, but also own our social presence. We want someone who has fun creating Reels, TikToks, and interactive posts that keep our brand fresh.
• The Visuals: Capture the action! Whether it's cool project photos or flying a drone (major bonus points!) to get that epic "before and after" footage, you’ll keep our feed looking sharper than the competition.
• The Data: You’ll track the wins. We care about lead volume and CPL, not just "vanity" metrics.

Who You Are

• A Hybrid Expert: You’ve got 3+ years of experience. You know enough code to be dangerous and enough marketing to drive serious revenue.
• A Content Creator: You’re comfortable behind a camera and know what makes a Reel go viral in a local market.
• A Trend Hunter: You’re already playing with AI search tools and new social trends before the "pros" even hear about them.
• Self-Managed: You don’t need a manual. You see a gap in our strategy, you fill it, and you show us the results.
